Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon essential oil, like other citrus oils, is energizing and brightening. This zesty oil can help lift energy and mood. Great for a post-nap wakeup call for tiny sleepyheads. We recommend adding 3-5 drops to the diffuser for a nice little lift.

Essential Oil Do’s & Don’ts
While essential oils are a wonderful tool for wellbeing, it’s important to use them properly. Oils should never be used topically (on the skin) unless diluted with a carrier oil or cream and NEVER on babies under 3 months because their skin is so permeable.
Don’t use camphorated oils when your little one has a cold as they can cause irritation. The Himalayan salt crystals and the moisture diffused into the air by the ClevaPure Salt Lamp will help to relieve congestion.
Avoid strong-smelling oils around babies and toddlers such as Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Clove, Cinnamon, Peppermint, Fennel, Rosemary.
