KOTANICAL Frankincense (boswellia sacra) Essential Oil is the only frankincense distilled in Ireland with ethically sourced resin from a Somalia land co-op. The complex resinous base notes add depth and comfort to any blend and have been used for thousands of years in ceremonies for relaxation and meditation.

 

USES

Add 4 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.

For diffusing, add 10-15 drops to Stone diffuser.

For massage, add 4 drops to 2 tsp of carrier oil.

Start with the lowest number of drops; increase as desired.
