- Grapefruit brightens a room with fresh citrus scents and is reported to lower blood pressure, lift moods, and relieve stress.
- With similar brightening properties to grapefruit, but with floral notes, bergamot is also calming, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, and reducing stress and anxiety.
- The super citrusy lime has sweeter notes and also supports stress relief and mood elevation. In addition, lime essential oil can promote mental clarity and energy.

HOW TO USE

Diffuse: add 10-15 drops of essential oil – on its own or as part of a blend with other oils – to 100ml water in a Kotanical stone oil diffuser.

Bath: add 10-15 drops of essential oil to your bathtub for an immersive springtime aromatherapy bath.

Inhale: add 4-12 drops of essential oil to steaming water – in a bowl or as part of a facial steamer – and inhale deeply for up to 10 minutes.
