Petitgrain Essential Oil
Petitgrain balances citrusy, floral and woody notes for a calming and renewing effect, blending well with other citrusy and woody scents for a grounding aroma and atmosphere.
Distilled from leaves and twigs of the bitter orange tree, Petitgrain essential oil comes from the same source as the sweeter citrusy oil, Neroli, which comes from the flowers of the bitter orange tree. With a richer, woodier citrus scent, petitgrain is a classic ingredient in traditional eau-de-cologne.
With calming effects to soothe tension, ease anxieties and renew focus and fortitude, petitgrain can be diffused or applied topically to leverage the benefits.
Petitgrain is also used in the unique Kotanical oil blend for the PURE FOCUS rollerball, and in the forest essential oil diffuser blend.
NOTE DESCRIPTION
HOW TO USE

Diffuse: add 10-15 drops of essential oil – on its own or as part of a blend with other oils – to 100ml water in a Kotanical stone oil diffuser.

Massage: add 1-10 drops of essential oil to 2tsp of carrier oil such as coconut, almond, jojoba, grapeseed or olive oil.

Topical: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil such as coconut, almond, jojoba, grapeseed or olive oil.
