Rosemary essential oil is excellent for increasing circulation and improving brain function. It also has energizing properties and it helps to support your immune system.

Physically, rosemary can be used to relieve aches and pains – including bruises and sore muscles –and it can also be applied topically. Rosemary is also a popular ingredient in hair care for stimulating growth, staving off grey hairs, and addressing dandruff and itchy scalps. It is beneficial in skincare for being anti-inflammatory, removing puffiness, and decongesting acne-prone skin.

HOW TO USE

• Diffuse: add 10-15 drops of essential oil – on its own or as part of a blend with other oils – to 100ml water in a Kotanical stone oil diffuser.
• Massage: add 1-10 drops of essential oil to 2tsp of carrier oil such as coconut, almond, jojoba, grapeseed or olive oil.
• Topical: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil such as coconut, almond, jojoba, grapeseed or olive oil.
